Dustin R. Tate, 46, passed away August 3, 2016 at Kansas City Hospice House.

He was born in Lawrence, KS on June 6, 1970 to Bruce and Helen Tate.

Dustin graduated from Fort Scott Community College in May of 1996 with an Associates Degree in Water Science.

In February of 1998, he met Antoinette Wagener, and they were married on February 26, 2000.

He then went on to attend ITT Technical Institute, and graduated with honors in September 2010, having received his Computer Electronics Technology Associates degree.

Dustin is survived by his wife, Antoinette, his sister Cindy, brother, David, sister-in-laws, LaDonna, Laura, Roberta, and Georgette, brother-in-laws Tony and Richard, his mother and father-in-law, Jacqueline and Harold Wagener, and 14 nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society, the Foundation at Shawnee Mission Medical Center, or Kansas City Hospice House.
