Joan enjoyed quilting, puzzles, and her foster children.
Surviving are her loving husband, Robert, her daughter, Joyce McCullough, daughter, Debra Furbee, son, Garold E. Baker, daughter, Mary Alice Putzstuck, and son, Michael Alan Baker.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at 1:30pm at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, with visitation at 12:30pm. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
