Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 27, 2017, 11:00 am at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home, Olathe, KS, with visitation an hour prior to service time. Graveside Services will follow at 2:00 pm in the Holy Cross Cemetery, Paola, KS.
Paula was born July 29, 1957 to Billy Eugene and Patricia Pauline (Guatney) Ogle at Allen County Hospital in Iola, Kansas.
Paula graduated from Erie High School in 1975, then went on to study at Neosho Co. Community College, continuing on to Radiology School in Topeka, eventually finishing in Parsons, KS.
Paula worked as a radiologist technician at Miami County Hospital and was the Supervisor of the Radiology Department at Children's Mercy South Hospital.
Paula married the love of her life, Richard Clark, on December 5, 1987, and they shared many wonderful years together before his passing in September of 2005.
Paula is survived by her mother and step-father, Patricia and Ronald Olson, her brothers David (Cathleen) Ogle, and Mark (Karen) Ogle, her nephews, Ryan, Brandon, Michael, Jacob, and Parker Ogle, her nieces Mackenzie and Kaidee Ogle, and Candace and Keely Clark. She is also survived by her step-sisters Rhonda (Jim) Dubach, Robin (David) Stricklin, and Valerie (Stacy) Engstrom.
She was preceded in death by her father and her husband.
Paula's family would like to thank the staff of Shawnee Mission Medical Center for their wonderful care and concern during her illness.
Memorials are suggested to the Shawnee Mission Intensive Care Unit.
