Mary Elizabeth Weissenfluh, 100, of Olathe, passed away on October 30, 2017. She was born on March 23, 1917 to Thurston and Lura (Shepard) Page in Slater, MO.

Mary grew up in Slater, MO and graduated from Slater High School. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, the American Women's Business Association, St. Joseph Hospital Auxiliary, and the Olathe Medical Hospital Auxiliary.

Mary is survived by her nephews, Don Martin and his wife Deanna, Terry Bossaller and his wife Barbara; several great nieces and nephews; and great great nieces and nephews; her best friend, Loretta Sullivan; and long time friends Charles Losh and Rita Slaughter.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Weissenfluh; parents, Thurston and Lura (Shepard) Page; sisters, Ila (Paul) Bossaller and Betty (Eldon) Martin.

The family will receive friends for a visitation from 10:00-11:00am Thursday, November 2, 2017, at the First Baptist Church of Olathe, followed by the funeral service at 11:00am. A luncheon will be provided at the church following the service. Burial will take place in Park Lawn Cemetery in Kansas City, MO.

Memorial contributions may be given to either the American Legion Auxiliary or to First Baptist Church of Olathe.
