Sue Ann Sheridan, 63, of Olathe, KS, passed away peacefully on December 30, 2017 at Olathe Hospice House.

She was born July 13, 1954 to Jerry and Loris (Mendenhall) Sheridan at Creston, IA. Sue grew up in Lenox, IA.

Sue worked in the new homes industry for more than 20 years, including producing New Homes Journal (New Home Guide) since 2001. A polished, professional marketer, she won numerous awards while gaining the respect of countless clients who became close friends.

On June 13, 2009, she married Tim Baumgardner, known as "R.J." by friends, clients and family.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband R.J., her two sons Aaron and Justin Fisher, sister Sandy (Steve) Sweeney, grandchildren Devin, Jayden, Cameron, Cash, Brooke, Kaylee, Casey, Nickolas, and Jasmine, her extended family and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, mother, and grandson, Tristan.

Among Sue's favorite things were her grandchildren, working and relaxing with R.J., her friends, Okoboji, and the Annual Girl Trip with her sister, Sandy and nieces, R.I. P. "Sequin Sue".

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 11:00am in the Wesley Chapel at the United Methodist Church of the Resurrection in Leawood, Kansas, where Sue was a long-time member. A reception at the church will follow the service.

The family hopes you will consider a memorial gift to the Olathe Hospice House or your local Hospice House to honor Sue's memory.
