Kendyl Michelle Walter, 22 years old, of Olathe, KS, passed away on January 11, 2018. She was born in Merriam, KS on January 28, 1995. She graduated from Olathe South High School in 2013. Kendyl was engaged to Deran Williams. She worked as a Client Services Representative for Client Services. She enjoyed her work. Her hobbies and interests were; photography, music, and philanthropy.

She was preceded in death by her uncle, Brian Christopher Reed; great grandmothers, Anna Belle Walter, Alice Junger, and Viola Larson; and great grandfather, Alvin Larson.

Kendyl is survived by her son, Keran Michael Williams; parents, Bobby and Tara Walter; grandparents, Harry and Tahm Reed and Jerry and Karen Walter; great grandfathers, Bill Walter and John Junger; siblings, Cody, Austin and Kayleigh Walter; uncles, Michael (Jessica) Reed, Nicholas (Katie) Reed, Chris Walter, Edward (Dawna) Walter, and David Walter; several cousins; and many extended family members and friends.

The family will receive guests for a visitation on Wednesday, January 17, 2018, from 6:00-8:00pm at Penwell-Gabel. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, January 18, 2018, at 2pm also at the funeral home. Rev. Shelly McNaughton-Lawrence of Aldersgate United Methodist Church will be officiating. Burial will follow the Celebration of Life at Olathe Memorial Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given for the future education expenses of her son, Keran.

Kendyl loved her family, friends, and lived her life to the fullest. She will be forever missed by all who loved her.
