Lois Jeanne Blake, 79, of Topeka (formally of Olathe), passed away on February 27, 2018. She was born on April 27, 1938 to Lowell and Mary (Covell) Knee in Dayton, OH.

Lois grew up in Phillipsburg, OH and married Alan Stidham in 1956. She was a military wife and mother raising six children. She married Benjamin Blake in 1983. Lois worked in the office supply business until her retirement in 2011, when she moved to Good Samaritan Towers, where she enjoyed being a member of The Red Hat Society, being a Floor Leader and participating in fundraising events as well as community activities.

Lois is survived by her loving daughters, Jeanne Marie Haggard, Pagan Beem, Melissa Stidham and Cindy Pringle, son Donald Stidham, 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her brother Donald Knee, parents Lowell and Mary Knee, daughter Melanie Sue Stidham, husband Benjamin Blake, and granddaughter Mallory Henson.

Memorial services will be held at Good Samaritan Towers, 1425 East College Way, Olathe, KS 66062, on June 5, 2018 at 2:00pm.

Her ashes will be laid to rest next to her parents in Dayton, OH.
