Kimberly Dawn (Cavin) Larson 10/5/60 - 3/18/18

Kim Larson of Overland Park, Kansas passed away at her home unexpectedly at 57 years of age. She is survived and loved by her husband John Robert Larson. Kim was preceded in death by an infant son, Scott Michael Larson. She was a loving mother to three daughters; Jessica (Larson) Heine & husband Jason of Olathe, Kansas; Brittany Larson of Washington, DC; and Ashley Larson & husband Josh Rattray of Fishers, Indiana. Her favorite thing was being Grammie to her five grandchildren, Reegan, Gavin, Emerson, and Blakeley Heine and Kenna Rattray.

She was also loved by her parents Doyle and Maggie Cavin and sister Lisa Cavin-Wainscott, and nephew Dalton Wainscott, all of Overland Park, Kansas. She is also survived by mother and father-in-law Lois and John Larson of Portland, Oregon; sister-in-law Jane & husband Greg Saxton, nephew & niece Michael and Lauren Saxton of Gresham, Oregon.

Kim was born in Tennessee, lived in Fullerton, California; Portland, Oregon; Hood River, OR and Las Vegas, Nevada before moving to Overland Park. She was funny, full of life, full of love, and welcomed everyone she met into her circle with open arms. Kim loved to travel and had recently taken a vacation to Mexico with her husband. She will be dearly missed by all of her friends and by her co-workers at Weight Watchers. We are grateful for the time God shared her with us.
