Johnie Martha Morrow, 94, of Ottawa, KS went home to be with her Lord and Savior on April 19, 2018 at Morningstar Care Homes of Ottawa.

She was born on January 3, 1924 to John and Vinnie (Ross) Hanks at Berryville, AR.

Johnie was married to Calvin H. Morrow on March 1, 1947, and together they made their first home in _Lancaster. CA.

Calvin and Johnie devoted their lives to the ministry throughout their marriage, as they pastored several churches across our country, directed Children's Homes and orphanages in both Alaska and Texas. She was, also, the Director of a large Christian School in Ontario, CA. Calvin and Johnie moved to Kansas in 2012, along with their family.

She was an ordained minister with Pentecostal Church of God, recognized for 60 years of ministerial service.

Johnie is survived by her loving sons, Cameron H. Morrow( wife Vicky), and Calvin R. Morrow (wife Catherine), grandchildren, Durin, Phillip, Chante', Danya, Shelly, Rebecca, and Wendy. She, also has 29 great-grandchildren ranging in ages from 1 year to 26 years, with 8 being adopted internationally, and 2 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Hale Morrow.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 25, 2018, at 10:00am at Cross Point Church in Paola, KS, with visitation an hour prior to service time.
