Sgt. David Williams
1963 - 2018
David grew up in Kansas City, Mo. He graduated from Parkhill High School and immediately signed on with the United States Air Force as military police and married his high school sweetheart. After serving 4 years active duty, they stayed in Fort Worth, TX. David was an officer there for 12 years, but then decided to move closer to family up north. For the next 4 years, David was a Highway Patrolman for MO. Afterwards, he joined on with the Olathe Police Dept. where he became a sergeant and spent the remainder of his time. David has also dedicated 16 years as a foster parent with Beth. He very much enjoyed riding his Motorcycle, tinkering with his ‘73 Mustang, and being everyone’s handyman.
David is survived by his loving wife, Beth; children, Shane, Kaitlyn, Cristina, Chase, Madison, and Bryce; grandchildren, Logan, Caelyn, Brooke, and Charlie.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Eugene.
