Donna Lynne Cranor, age 70, of Louisburg, KS passed away November 18, 2015 at home.

She was born July 6, 1945 at Bethany Hospital in Kansas City, KS the daughter of Perry Emmett Sarver and Hazel Mae (Bales) Sarver. Donna was united in marriage to Dennis Cranor on March 5th, 1976 at Morris Baptist Church in Morris, KS.

Donna started her career as an Undercover Security Officer for Spartan Atlantic many years ago. Then she started her long sales career selling wigs and then helping men find their hair at Apollo Hair Bond. She went on to sell real estate and develop properties for many years where she started at Eugene D. Brown Company and ended with Cranor-Campbell Real Estate. She then progressed her career into Building starting Delta Construction Co.

Upon retirement, Donna enjoyed taking care of and raising her grandchildren. She enjoyed going to their sporting events and often could be heard over the crowd noise. She is best known by the grandchildren and nieces for her allowance and encouragement of screaming in the car and playing Queen’s “We are the Champions” over the radio at full volume.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband, Dennis Cranor, two children and a son-in-law: Michelle and Reed Burdine, Louisburg, KS; Lisa Griffith, Sedalia, MO; six grandchildren, Gary Joe Jaklevich, Gardner, KS; Taylor Burdine, Overland Park, KS; Drake Burdine, Louisburg, KS; Elizabeth Abrahamian, Manhattan, KS; Jaclyn Weber and Kelly Abrahamian, Wichita, KS. She is also survived by her siblings: Mike Sarver, Lenexa, KS; John Sarver, MO; Cathy (Sarver) Bedell, Lenexa, KS; Sandra (Sarver) Gentry, King, NC; Patti (Sarver) Thorpe, Pasadena, TX.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to March of Dimes or to the Spina Bifida Association.
